Admission

DTU Entrepreneurship supervises/co-supervises a maximum of 30 theses every academic year. 

In order to be admitted as thesis student at DTU Entrepreneurship, an applicant must have satisfactory grades from his/her current study programme, as well submit a letter explaining the motivation behind writing a thesis related to entrepreneurship. 

Application

In order to apply for a supervisor/co-supervisor at DTU Entrepreneurship, you need to fill in the form of the type of thesis you wish to pursue:

The theses' board will evaluate the applications and notify candidates within 10 working days.

Joint thesis

It is possible to write theses with up to 4 students. If you are interested in writing a joint thesis, please fill in the form of the type of thesis you want to write about, and include the student number(s) of the team members.

External partners

It is possible to develop a thesis in collaboration with an external partner (i.e. a company, a research institution, an organization). Please, provide us with the name of the external partner(s) and where they are located by filling in the given field in the form.

Confidentiality

If the nature of a thesis is confidential (i.e. technical information about the technology/product that might be used by competitors, or sensitive business information), the student can choose to make his or her thesis public or not. This can be done by the student when the final thesis is submitted to DTU Inside (the intranet of DTU).

Please notice that all DTU employees are prevented to reveal any secret information, if stated, under § 27 of the Danish forvaltningsloven
